Job summary

Riddlesdown Collegiate is seeking a reliable Facilities Assistant to support the upkeep and safe operation of the site. You will help with opening and closing, supervise visitors, and carry out general maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming, well‑maintained environment for students, staff and visitors.

You will be part of the Facilities Team, working under the Facilities Manager to uphold high standards and safety.

• Reliable, committed and hard-working individual.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the site and oversee visitors using the site for lettings.
• Carry out a range of general tasks to maintain high standards of the site, under the direction of the Facilities Manager.

Job description
