An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated person to join our Facilities Management Team at Hampshire County Council.

The role is based in the Havant Area with a requirement to provide cover on occasion at our other sites at Fareham and Alton with reception cover or completion of Health and Safety Checks.
We are looking for a polite, friendly and flexible individual to join our established Facilities Management team, who have the responsibility for welcoming both staff and members of the public. Being part of a professional team, you will deliver excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
In your role you will demonstrate good interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable in work style and supportive to your colleagues and peers- have tact. You will be able to support and communicate in various scenarios, tailoring your approach accordingly, whilst demonstrating good IT skills. The role can be demanding in peak periods, with flexible working necessary to support other Facilities Management Teams as and when required.
Due to the duties involved in this role you will need to be able to fulfil the moving/handling requirements as detailed in the candidate pack. The working week is 37 hours, 08.30- 17.00 Monday to Thursday, and 08.30- 16.30 on Friday.
Training will be provided to assist you in this role including First Aid and Manual Handling.
