Estates Assistant – Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Location: MoD Corsham, Building 406, Corsham, Wiltshire, England, SN13 9ET

About the Role

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Estates Team. As an Estates Assistant, you'll help deliver a wide range of facilities services across our client's site, supporting the team in meeting daily maintenance and compliance responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Routine maintenance tasks such as visual inspections of lighting, fire alarms, and utility meters
  • Minor repairs including relamping, basic plumbing, and decorating
  • Water hygiene checks, furniture assembly, and escorting contractors during site visits
  • Keeping accurate records and providing excellent customer service
  • Proactively identifying and reporting maintenance issues
  • Supporting external grounds maintenance, including cleaning and jet washing
  • Portering tasks such as moving furniture and equipment
