We are looking for a part-time Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities team in our Bath office. The Facilities Assistant will provide efficient and professional services to visitors and internal clients, handling tasks related to front of house, mailroom, health and safety, maintenance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reception duties including welcoming employees, contractors, and clients, answering calls and emails, managing mail, and coordinating meeting room bookings, taxi, parking, and hot desking requests.
  2. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including opening, scanning, and distributing post.
  3. Organising couriers and receiving deliveries.
  4. Maintaining and ordering stocks such as stationery, business cards, catering provisions, and toner cartridges.
  5. Conducting housekeeping and health & safety checks.
  6. Managing access registers, issuing access fobs, and liaising with building management on security issues.
  7. Supporting administrative duties as needed.

Working hours & location:

This part-time role is based in our Bath office, working from 12 pm to 5 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
