The Role:

The Facilities Management (FM) team provides support to over 100 buildings, ranging from fully FM managed buildings to drop-in sites throughout the County of Hampshire.

Confident and dependable, you will have some experience in a similar role. You will be able to work efficiently as part of a team and demonstrate real commitment to customer service. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deal with a wide range of situations in a positive and professional manner.

The role is based in Andover with a requirement to provide cover on occasion at other sites in Basingstoke with reception cover or completion of Health and Safety Checks.

What you’ll do:
  • Be the first point of contact for those arriving, arranging for visitors to be collected, or directed to meeting rooms
  • Assist with enquires from staff, visitors and contractors
  • Carry out Health and Safety checks in the building
  • Sort post and deliveries
  • Assist in completing statutory checks in our buildings and accurately recording that information
  • Respond to telephone calls in a professional manner
