Campus Facilitator

As a Campus Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our people. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Bupa Campus leadership and development programmes for senior individual contributors, managers, and leaders across Bupa’s global markets.
• Deliver high‑quality sessions both in‑person and virtually, using practical exercises and case studies.
• Conduct engaging live learning sessions, applying experiential methods.
• Adapt your approach to meet the needs of culturally diverse audiences.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve programmes and enhance learner experience.
• Support internal faculty development through co‑delivery and coaching.
• Collaborate with design teams to refine and create learning content.
• Build strong relationships with participants to maximise engagement and outcomes.
• Represent facilitation in design reviews and discussions on learner data.
