Job summary

Local Hospice Lottery is looking for a friendly Fundraiser to engage with people across Scotland and help raise vital funds for local hospice care. You’ll sign up new lottery supporters and explain how donations make a real difference to families in your community.

No previous fundraising experience is required. If you’re approachable, motivated, and resilient, we’ll provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible working and a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• No formal fundraising experience required; training provided.
• Friendly, motivated, resilient; able to engage diverse people.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members of the public in local communities across Scotland.
• Explain how Local Hospice Lottery supports local hospices.
• Sign up new lottery supporters.
• Represent Local Hospice Lottery professionally and positively.
• Work independently while being part of a supportive team.
