Facade Technical Specialist - North West (Greater Manchester) - £60,000 DOE

Are you passionate about high-performance façades, airtight building envelopes, and sustainable construction solutions? We're looking for a technically minded professional to join our Western Europe Application Engineering team, supporting architects, façade contractors, and design professionals across the UK and Ireland.

Requirements

• Experience in facade engineering, building envelope, or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of building processes and RIBA stages.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, specification sales, or application engineering.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland (up to 30%).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on façade products from design to installation.
• Deliver CPD presentations, on-site demonstrations, and industry lectures.
• Support major façade and off-site construction projects, ensuring correct product application and certification.
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to bring local insights into new product and service innovations.
• Help overcome technical barriers in the market through testing, industry standards, and association involvement.
