Job summary

Guildmore Facades & Cladding is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple UK façade projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and profitability. You will work with the Head of Operations to program and execute to high standards with strict quality and safety protocols.

You will lead project teams through design, construction, and commercial stages, oversee budgets, procurement, and reporting to senior management and clients, and attend

Qualifications

• Experience with a specialist façade/building envelope contractor in the UK.
• Track record managing multiple façade projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple sites in London and attend meetings at Bromley Head Office.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Director, or similar role with knowledge of principal contractor duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, providing direction and accountability to Project/Site Managers, Design Managers, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Oversee 4–5 projects simultaneously, supporting pre-construction activities and tendering processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered to schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Facilitate weekly operations meetings and chair client, subcontractor, procurement, and design team meetings.
• Identify key actions and decisions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support knowledge management to capture lessons learned.
