Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. invites a skilled Contracts Manager to lead multiple façade and external envelope projects across the UK, combining senior oversight with strong on-site presence.

You will drive programmes, coordinate site teams and maintain high safety and quality standards while working with clients and subcontractors. Hybrid/remote options and a Portsmouth-area office support ongoing delivery.

Formación

• Willingness to travel nationwide (across UK).
• Experience delivering fa-ade, cladding, roofing or external envelope projects.
• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager.
• Proven track record of managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Strong site management and construction delivery background.
• Confident in leading Site Managers, subcontractors and client-facing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of programmes, sequencing, logistics, quality and health & safety.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of contract costs.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple fa-ade, cladding and external envelope projects.
• Provide strong day-to-day leadership across site teams, driving programme, productivity and construction methodology.
• Maintain a visible hands-on presence on site with Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and clients.
• Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, sequencing, logistics and delivery plans.
• Coordinate design, procurement, commercial and site teams to keep projects progressing.
• Chair progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against programme and milestones; implement recovery strategies as needed.
• Resolve site issues quickly and practically; maintain high health and safety and workmanship standards.
• Support commercial teams with cost control, variations and project performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and supply chain.
• Mentor and develop Site Managers and project delivery staff.
