Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the external envelope package and all construction activities for this including site safety , supervision of lifting plans and quality checks on a daily basis

As the site based Facade Manager in the team you will from start to finish deal with review of method statements, risk assessments, call off of materials, logistics, quality control, issue resolution, coordination meetings, reporting on progress against program, etc, snagging and handover

The contractor is a successful privately owned developer capable of delivering commercial projects from £10- 150 million in value across the uk

The project is awarded on site and progressing well .

The structural packages are well under way and now the need for a full time facade manger to be the technical and out on site lead is now critical

The company has a proven track record in the delivery of new build and refurbishment schemes ranging from £25m to £500m in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors so for the right upwardly mobile candidate this could be a fantastic long term career move

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management, and communication skills. Proven track record of work on major project in charge of facade packages and roofing.

Ideally from a specialist faced contractor or main contractor package manger background, with a keen technical understanding of various facades on previous schemes

You will possess strong planning and problem solving ability, with a positive, get it right first time approach.

Due to the logistically challenging nature of the project, previous experience of working on a similar sized facades packages scheme will be advantageous.

You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
