Home based role, commutable from Plymouth, Ivybridge, Paignton, Saltash, Yealmpton, and the surrounding areas.

Are you a Fabricator or Welder with predominately MIG experience, looking to join a reputable, locally based company who will support further technical training to become an expert in your field, in a days‑based role, to promote work life balance, with premium overtime opportunities to maximise income?

The company is a bespoke metal fabrication company that specialises in a variety of products such as balconies, gates and barriers, stairways and fire escapes, handrails and railings. With a huge focus on quality, they are looking for an experienced welder / fabricator to add to the growing success of the company.

The role is a 50/50 split between the workshop and client sites, where you will be carrying out stick welding and metal fabrication by interpreting technical drawings, assembling and aligning metal parts, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety while working collaboratively with the team.

The role would suit someone from a fabrication or welding background that is looking to join a growing locally based business that fosters technical development and offers a strong work life balance.
