Employment Solutions Ltd in Bridlington is seeking a skilled Fabricator/MIG Welder for the night shift. The role involves preparing and welding structural components from drawings in a modern workshop with strong health and safety standards.

You will read technical drawings, perform MIG welding to spec, and ensure quality workmanship while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

Fabricator / MIG Welder - Night Shift

Location: Bridlington

Night Shift: Monday to Friday 5pm – 1:30am

Pay: £21.30 – £22.66 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing structural steel components from technical drawings.
• Carrying out MIG welding to the required specifications.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
• Inspecting completed welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Completing relevant quality and production documentation.
• Meeting production targets while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe.
• Following all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Fabricator or MIG Welder role.
• The ability to confidently read engineering drawings.
• Proven MIG welding experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• A good understanding of fabrication techniques and welding processes.
• A reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
