Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Fabricator for a Grantham-based engineering workshop. You will fabricate steel components from drawings, measure and prepare materials, and operate fabrication equipment safely to complete assemblies.

The role offers a 39-hour week with overtime and a long-term opportunity with a stable employer in a supportive workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fabricator or in a similar fabrication role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience working within heavy engineering would be advantageous.
• Competent using fabrication equipment and workshop tools.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible to work overtime when required.
