Fabricator - Structural Steel

📍 Ashford | 💷 £20.00 per hour | 🕒 Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Fabricator looking for a new opportunity with a reputable company in Wokingham? We're seeking a skilled individual to join a busy workshop team working on a wide range of architectural metalwork and structural steel projects.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble architectural metalwork and structural steel components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication sketches
• Operate standard workshop machinery and tools (saws, drills, grinders, etc.)
• Ensure precision and quality throughout the fabrication process
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural metalwork and/or structural steel fabrication
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Confident using workshop tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG) desirable but not essential
