Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor or Fabrication Supervisor.
• Strong hands-on experience in welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, MMA).
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approx. 30 welders and fabricators.
• Drive operational performance and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
