Job summary

Solutions Limited in Rotherham is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor/Manager to oversee a team of around 10 fabricators in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. The role offers progression opportunities and a chance to shape process improvements.

You will work with the Factory Manager to hit production targets, ensure high-quality output, and act as the technical contact for fabrication, driving standards across the team.

This is a key role for the business where you will have the opportunity to shape process improvements, assist with quality control and be the go-to person to drive quality and performance standards within the fabrication team.
