Fabrication Supervisor

DC Personnel are working on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Leicestershire and are recruiting for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor.

Full-time & Permanent

Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 DOE

Working Hours

• Monday - Wednesday: 2:00pm – Midnight
• Thursday 2pm – 11:30pm
• Friday: OFF (unless overtime is required)

The Role

This role is ideal for an experienced welder fabricator with previous leadership or supervisory experience. You will oversee fabrication operations, support and manage the team on the shop floor, and ensure quality, productivity, and health & safety standards are met.

Key Requirements

• Strong background in welding and fabrication
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Good understanding of fabrication processes and H&S
• Reliable and professional approach
