Fabrication Operative (Days or Nights)

Hours of Work: 07:00- 15:30 & 15:30- 24:00

Salary: from £12.50 per hour days + Night Shift allowance

Location: Wellingborough

We are looking for both production staff for day or night shift. Pinnacle Windows is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality windows and doors in the UK. We are seeking skilled and dedicated Window and Door Fabricator(s) to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in fabricating windows and doors, possess a keen eye for detail, and be committed to producing products of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

Areas of work will include welding, corner cleaning, beading, sash gearing, door gearing, door hanging and sash hanging.

• Fabricate and assemble windows and doors according to specifications.
• Ensure the accurate measurement and cutting of profile.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Ideal Candidate

• Ideally have proven experience as a Window Fabricator or similar role.
• Be able and willing to work diligently and efficiently to our demanding work schedule.
• Be driven to achieve objectives, overcome challenges and production problems.
