Overview

Fabrication Manager. Hands on management position that would suit someone from a fabrication background. Day shift position within a growing engineering business with a strong order book.

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum. This Fabrication Manager job will suit:

• Experience working within the sheet metal fabrication sector.
• Proven man management / supervisory experience, alongside a track record of improving processes.
• Organised and a natural problem solver. Someone who wants to own the department and strive to continually improve all aspects.
• Comfortable overcoming tasks and challenges related to wider areas of production, such as inventory management, lean manufacturing principles etc.
