R&A Consultants Ltd are recruiting a Fabric Technician for a prestigious corporate office in Paddington, London. The role is on-site within a maintained facility, offering stability and clear progression paths. Salary is £39,000 per annum with overtime opportunities and weekday hours.

You will be part of an established maintenance team responsible for fabric upkeep, PPMs, and responsive repairs, with training available to support career development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Fabric Technician, handyman or similar role.
• Good knowledge of general building/fabric maintenance.
• Experience in a commercial or facilities management environment.
• Proactive maintenance approach and problem solving.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPMs).
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests.
• General fabric and handyman duties across the building.
• Minor repairs and general building maintenance.
• Identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
• Supporting the wider maintenance team where required.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
