Job summary

An established FM company in Minworth is looking for a Fabric Engineer to support the maintenance of a large commercial site. This temporary position offers an immediate start. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks, plumbing, and responding to emergency works. Candidates should have qualifications in engineering or trades and experience in a similar role. The position is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm.

• Experience in a similar role such as maintenance man, maintenance technician, or multi-skilled engineer.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical duties.
• Assist with painting and other adhoc tasks.
• Respond to emergency and reactive works as needed.
