Overview

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi skilled handyperson in Stoke-On-Trent. You will join the Mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one or multiple sites. This is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week.

Duties / Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPMs in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.

• Hot and Cold water systems
• Water Flushing
• Fire Alarm testing
• Basic lighting maintenance
• Fixing lights
• Unblocking toilets
• Manholes
• Plumbing duties
• Fixings roof leaks
• Door frames
• Flooring repairs
• Changing lights
• Fixing leaks
• Water temperature checks
• All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
