Job Title: Fabric Engineer
Location: Static Site – Chiswick, London
Hours: Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join a well-established facilities team at a static site in Chiswick. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering a stable working pattern within a professional building environment.

The Fabric Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the site, ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard at all times. Duties will include general building fabric works such as painting and decorating, basic carpentry, patch repairs, door and lock adjustments, minor plumbing tasks, tiling, ceiling tile replacement, and general handyman duties.

You will work closely with the wider facilities team, responding to maintenance requests, completing scheduled works, and ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. A strong focus will be placed on attention to detail, presentation, and customer service within a commercial environment.

Candidates must have previous experience in a fabric or building maintenance role and be comfortable working independently on site. You will need to be willing to complete a basic DBS check as part of the onboarding process.

Please note, interviews for this role will not take place until January.
