Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and minor PPMs in planned maintenance.
• Perform painting and decorating tasks.
• Maintain building structures including plumbing and lighting.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests.

• Building maintenance
• PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Multi‑skilled person
• Fire Alarm texting
• Basic lighting maintenance
• Fixing lights
• Unblocking toilets
• Manholes
• Fixing roof leaks
• Door frames
• Flooring repairs
• Changing lights
• Fixing leaks
• Water temperature checks
• All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
