Overview

The role is to support the Fabric team in the running of the department. The Fabric Admin Assistant reports into the Fabric Developer and is responsible for the administrative duties of the department; managing administrative tasks and ensuring accurate communication and documentation. This role is responsible for receiving and pricing fabric hangers, ensuring there are accurate records and producing timely updates.

Location: 3-4 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH.

This role is for a 12 Month FTC, so candidates applying must be comfortable with this.

What You Will Do
  • Support the womenswear fabric development of our amazing product working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Set up fabric boards where necessary.
  • Organise the fabric room and archive and keep the core fabric boards up to date archive.
  • Organise and file the seasonal files, hangers.
  • Action the lab dips with the Mills and Suppliers.
  • Work closely with Tech and Buying to ensure all fabric information is correct.
  • Keep PLM and the tracker up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all cross functional teams.
  • Work at pace and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage your own workload and priorities, raise in advance if deadlines cannot be met.
  • Ensure decisions are made quickly and speak up if something goes wrong.
  • Distribute post to the fabric team.
