A community health organization in the UK is seeking a Clinical Fellow (F3) in Integrated Sexual Health for an initial 12-month contract. The role offers a diverse experience across multiple specialties without on-call commitments, promoting a better work-life balance. Ideal for motivated doctors aiming for specialty training across Genitourinary medicine, Obstetrics, and Dermatology. Opportunities for audit and research participation are provided.

£50,000 annually
40 hours per week (10 sessions)

This is an excellent opportunity to experience work in our busy sexual health services in this innovative clinical fellow (F3) role within our sexual health services.
The post is currently for 12 months, with the option to extend to 18 months for the right candidate. There are 2 posts: one in our Kirklees sexual health service which has 2 bases in Huddersfield and Dewsbury; and the second across our Greater Manchester sexual health services (Wigan and Leigh/Stockport and Tameside) – all within 30‑60 minutes of Manchester city centre.
This post would suit doctors interested in careers in a wide range of specialties including Genitourinary medicine (GUM), Community Sexual and Reproductive Health (CSRH), GP Specialty Training (GPST), Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G), Dermatology, Microbiology and Public health.
The successful applicants will work with genito‑urinary medicine consultants, contraception leads and their wider teams to gain the relevant skills and knowledge to provide a comprehensive sexual health service.
The job will provide opportunities to deliver care working in partnership with clinicians from HIV medicine, gynecology, public health, microbiology, dermatology, sexual assault and adolescent medicine.
The experience gained will help to strengthen the specialty training application and show commitment and motivation in pursuing relevant specialist training.
Protected time will be given for participation in audit, research and training.
There is no on call commitment providing a better work‑life balance.
