Job summary

Williams F1 Team in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled mechanic to join the Test Team. You will participate in the preparation, build and disassembly of Formula One cars to Williams standards, both before and during Test events, ensuring compliance with design specifications and build procedures.

You will attend the factory and events as required, assemble and disassemble race cars and components to agreed standards, highlight discrepancies, report faults, and proactively support other crew

Qualifications

• Experience on single-seat/high-level race cars (F1/F2/IndyCar/LMH).
• Experience with lifting systems/diagnostics software.
• Competent IT skills and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation, build and disassembly of F1 cars to Williams standards.
• Ensure cars and sub-components comply with design/spec requirements.
• Attend factory and events as required.
• Highlight discrepancies and report faults; support crew.
