A leading motorsport organization is seeking an F1 Electric and Software PowerUnit Engineer to manage technical projects in electric vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in EV and software engineering, strong knowledge of electric motor technologies, and excellent communication skills. This role includes travel to events and requires a degree in engineering focused on electric powertrains.

As an F1 Electric and Software PowerUnit Engineer, you will have a central role in activities related to F1's advanced EV systems and the analysis of Power Unit Manufacturer software. You will manage complex technical projects, help define the future of hybrid regulations, and ensure compliance at the track. Your expertise will be critical in shaping the next generation of Formula 1 powertrain technology. You will report to the Electric and Hybrid Power Unit Manager.

SOFTWARE ANALYSIS & TRACKSIDE SUPPORT:
This position is based at the FIA offices in Geneva and requires travel to up to 10 events per season, including races, tests, and visits to PU Manufacturer facilities.
