Job summary

Enmase Group is seeking an experienced F-Gas & Refrigeration Trainer and Assessor near Harrow, Middlesex. The role involves delivering technical training and assessments across F-Gas, refrigeration and air conditioning, with travel to Basildon or Luton.

You will develop new courses, lead standardisation, and mentor candidates through their learning journeys. The ideal candidate holds F-Gas qualifications, 4+ years in HVAC/RAC, and a track record of engaging technical sessions.

Qualifications

• Hold current F-Gas qualifications and RAC certificates.
• Four years' HVAC/RAC industry experience.
• Experience delivering training and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training and assessment across F-Gas, refrigeration and air conditioning scopes.
• Support candidates throughout programmes, monitor progress and coordinate with employers to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct assessments and examinations in line with awarding body and scheme requirements.
• Mark work promptly and provide clear constructive feedback on assessment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and complete internal quality documentation to required standards.
• Lead development and implementation of new technical courses across Northolt and the secondary training centre.
• Design lesson plans, practical activities and learning materials for new and existing programmes.
• Identify facilities, equipment and resources required for safe, compliant course delivery.
• Liaise with awarding bodies and industry partners to implement programmes including brazing and hydrocarbon handling.
• Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards and update training content accordingly.
• Lead technical standardisation and team training across F-Gas centres.
• Maintain training areas and oversee health and safety checks for workshops and classrooms.
• Support online learning development and respond to technical queries.
