Are you a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning engineer looking to move off the tools and into a training role?

This organisation is a leading provider of building services training, delivering courses in refrigeration, air conditioning, F-Gas, and other sectors. They have modern, well‑equipped centres and strong links with employers, giving you the chance to make a real impact.

In this role you will deliver training and assessments in the areas you are competent in. You will support candidates throughout their courses, monitor their progress, provide feedback, liaise with employers and colleagues, and maintain training areas to a high standard. You will work across both Basildon and Northolt centres, with opportunities to develop your skills and expand the scopes you can train in.

The ideal candidate will be confident working with groups, professional, approachable, and motivated to help learners develop. Teaching or assessor qualifications are desirable but not essential. You will have hands‑on experience within HVAC/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and F-gas and will be looking to pass on your knowledge.

  • Travel between Basildon and Northolt centres as required

The Person
Essential
  • Hold suitable HVAC/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning certificates
  • At least 5 years' industry experience
  • Commercial RAC experience and qualifications
  • Current F-Gas certification
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between centres
Desirable but not essential
  • Teaching or assessor qualifications (AET/PTLLS, D32/A1/TAQA, D34/V1/IQA)
