Holiday Inn invites a friendly F&B team member to join our Belfast hotel. You will welcome guests, take orders and help ensure every meal is served with care and flair. You’ll support the dining room and bar, maintain cleanliness, and assist with general kitchen duties when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in similar role
• Experience within the hospitality industry
• Flexibility to work variable hours and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and uphold safety and hygiene standards

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take food and drink orders with a friendly, helpful manner
• Assist in delivering quality service and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Support kitchen and bar staff as needed, including clearing tables and washing up
• Follow health and safety procedures and wear required uniform with pride
• Assist guests with queries and provide recommendations to enhance their experience
