Nuffield Health Sunbury FWC is searching for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to organise and run a busy café area for our members and guests. You will lead a small team, motivate staff and ensure outstanding service, both in person and over the phone.

The role is based at Sunbury FWC, with 40 hours per week in a permanent full-time position. The salary is £27,248 per annum, complemented by benefits that support your wellbeing and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team and take initiative.
