At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are looking to hire a Part Time Food and Beverage Team Leader to join the Breakfast Team with an immediate start.

Located at one of the capital's most prestigious addresses, where the late Queen Elizabeth II once resided. Your Day to Day

As Breakfast Team Leader, you’ll take the lead in delivering a seamless, high-quality breakfast experience in our luxury setting. You’ll support the team on the floor, oversee the morning service, and ensure our guests are welcomed with warmth, efficiency, and a smile.

We are looking for someone who can commit to shifts starting between 6.00am/8.00am until around 2.00pm each day, 32 hours per week, does this sound like you?

Responsibilities
  • Leading the breakfast team to deliver Forbes 5-star service standards
  • Coaching and motivating your team to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Supporting the management team with daily operations, setup, and breakdown
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and attention to detail

  • Experience in a restaurant, breakfast, or F&B leadership role—ideally in a luxury hotel environment
  • A hands-on, proactive leader with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
