Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Manchester.

As a vital part of our hospitality organisation you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food and beverage service.

• Provide a warm and personalised welcome to all guests creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Lead develop and support a team of service specialists in daily hotel operations.
• Maintain high standards of service contributing to the attainment of the departments qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Assist the F&B Manager to implement hotel strategy and reach KPIs.
• Develop close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and enhance guest satisfaction
• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages ensuring presentation and quality meet our exacting standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to understand menu items and communicate special dietary requirements
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting colleagues and adapting to operational demands.
