Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Slaughters Manor House in Lower Slaughter, Gloucestershire. The role is full-time with 40 hours per week across 5 days (weekends on rota), with live-in accommodation available.

The property features a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and premium dining experiences in a luxury manor house setting. You will oversee dining areas and bars, ensure premium service standards, and support the team on the floor to maintain an exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within food & beverage.
• Ability to lead a busy hospitality team on the floor.

Responsabilités

• Oversee dining areas, bars and service spaces to highest standards.
• Ensure tables are well presented and service stations stocked.
• Support floor team on service and maintain luxury guest experience.
• Co-ordinate with colleagues to deliver exceptional hospitality.
