• Manage the duty management team.
• Cover duty management shifts as required.
• Ensure correct business resources are available.
• Communicate with the Management team for continuity.
• Oversee large functions and maintain service standards.
• Check compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Assist with sales activity in Meetings and Events.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef for food offerings.
• Communicate customer feedback on food and beverage quality.
• Complete accurate food and beverage stock takes.
