F&B Manager - MOXY Milton Keynes

This position is based on a full-time contract.

Gross Annual Salary - £31,373

We are seeking a confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced, service-focused role. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and team player who fosters a fun environment that makes guests feel at home.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Operate and manage Food & Beverage outlets in the Moxy way
2. Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries, and organize BOH areas
3. Follow all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely
4. Manage ordering and inventory

Supporting Other Crew Members / Leaders with:

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Managing hotel room inventory and guest check-in/out in the Moxy way
• Handling bills and payments accurately
• Promoting and supporting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
• Training team members for their development

We're Looking for Someone with Moxie, Which Is All of These Things:

• High energy and a fearless, do-it-yourself attitude
• Good with people and enjoys chatting with guests
• Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with excellent service
• Clear communicator fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)

Useful Experience

• Experience within the service industry
• Management experience leading a team
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws is advantageous
• Personal experience of travel and the travel industry
