Job description

As an F&B host, your primary responsibility will be to provide a positive first impression and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. You will greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and maintain a clean and organized front‑of‑house area. You will also act as a communication hub between guests and the F&B team, relaying information and handling guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a waiter or bartender in a busy restaurant and/or bar, including experience leading small teams.
• Passion for delivering great service and outstanding food and drink.
• Knowledge of Micros Simphony (POS) and OpenTable Pro (TMS) is an advantage; familiarity with other POS/TMS systems is essential.
• Confident communication skills and natural leadership capability.
• Ability to articulate a restaurant and bar revenue cycle, focusing on demand management and retention.
• Experience handling guest queries and complaints.
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.
