Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for those seeking part‑time work, students, or anyone looking to fit shifts around other commitments.

  • Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests in the bar, restaurant, and event spaces
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of service areas at all times
  • Support the setup and smooth running of weddings, functions, and club events
  • Handle payments accurately and in line with company procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service, going above and beyond to enhance the guest experience
  • Work as part of a team to maintain high standards across the Food and Beverage department
    A positive, can‑do attitude with good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure during busy periods
