Holiday Inn Peterborough-West is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant on an Occasional Worker basis, earning £12.71 per hour. You will be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering friendly, attentive service and contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is desirable but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in setup, clearing tables, restocking supplies and inventory.
• Assist in coordinating events and special functions.
• Ensure areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
