Job summary

Hotel du Vin Exeter is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to support the smooth running of events, join the Food & Beverage team and help deliver guest experiences that match our brand. You will assist with service flow, liaise with the Kitchen and management, and help uphold the high standards of our 3 AA rosette restaurant.

A passion for hospitality and knowledge of food and beverage is valued; flexible to shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• 2+ years in food and beverage preferred.
• Knowledge of food, wine and beverages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of events and service flow.
• Communicate with Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure quality experiences.
• Maintain high standards in a 3 AA rosette restaurant.
