Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Nottingham is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join the restaurant and bar team on a variable time basis. You will be a face of the hotel, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring guests have a fantastic dining experience.

The ideal candidate has prior F&B experience, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to interact with guests and colleagues to maintain smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a friendly face in the hotel’s restaurant and bar, delivering first-class hospitality.
• Engage guests, build rapport and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Communicate confidently with guests and team members and uphold service standards.
