• Fast Jet aircrew instructional qualification and associated experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understanding of current and future synthetic training requirements.
• Excellent communication, IT, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of aircrew instructors.
• Deliver F-35 pilot ground school training.
• Oversee student pilot conversion training.
