EYFS Teaching Assistant with Midday Assistant duties

Hours of Post:
TA 30 hours per week
MDA 2.5 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Fixed term till 31st August 2026, Term Time only

Salary Grades:
TA NJC Scale 3, point 5 to 6 - £25,583 - £25,989 FTE
MDA NJC Scale 1, point 3 - £24,796 FTE
(Salaries will be pro rata to part time, term time hours)

Start Date of Post: February 2026

Lark Hill Primary School is seeking to appoint a self‑motivated and creative EYFS Teaching assistant to join our vibrant and dynamic team. The position will entail supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum and with individuals mainly in Reception Class. Candidates need to be pro‑active, self‑motivated, creative and communicate well to work as part of our successful team. Midday duties are required as part of the role.
