Job summary

Abbey Mead Primary Academy in Leicester is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly EYFS team. The role includes supporting early years learning and pupil development, with additional lunchtime supervision duties.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in EYFS settings.
• Experience or understanding of SEND support and strategies.
• Awareness of safeguarding procedures and safeguarding principles.

Responsibilities

• Support learning activities within the EYFS provision.
• Assist with lunchtime supervision in a positive, safe environment.
• Contribute to the welfare and development of pupils, including safeguarding duties.
