Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, or BTEC National Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development; Paediatric First Aid.
• At least two years' experience working with or caring for children within the relevant age range.
• Good understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development with play-based and guided activities.
• Encourage communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal development skills.
• Provide support for individuals and small groups to meet milestones.
