Qualifications

• Comfortable working with children aged 3-5.
• Passionate about supporting early learning and development.
• Experience in an early years setting is desirable, but not essential.

• Supporting children during carpet time, play-based learning and small-group activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development.
• Assisting with phonics, early maths and communication activities.
