Randstad Education is currently recruiting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teachers to join supportive and forward-thinking primary schools across the Wigan area. Whether you're looking for an immediate start or planning ahead for October 2025, we're here to help you take that next step.

About the Role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the academic, social, and emotional development of young children. You'll be part of a welcoming school community, delivering creative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework while fostering a safe and engaging learning environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver interactive, inspiring lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued
  • Encourage independence, communication, and a love for learning
  • Monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet the needs of each child
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school team
  • Support all aspects of early development - academic, emotional, and social
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child-led learning
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
