You’ll work collaboratively with the Reception team to:
Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences aligned with EYFS principles
Create a stimulating, continuous provision environment that fosters independence and creativity
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure progression and consistency across the year group
Support pupil wellbeing through active engagement in classroom and playground activities
Lead or assist with weekly extracurricular clubs
Monitor and record pupil progress, celebrating achievements and identifying next steps
Contribute to staff meetings and the wider school community
QTS or EYTS with EYFS teaching experience
Passionate about early childhood education and child development
Committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring classroom
